Defining the Length of the Default Recording Key

Administrators can change the length of recording keys that the system generates:

  1. Select Administer > Content Management > Recording keys - Edit.
  2. Click Set key length.
  3. Enter a value from 3 to 10.
  4. click Save.

Keys generated after changing this setting reflect the new length. Previously generated keys are unaffected.
